  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.
