    Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Disappointed is the honest summary.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back.

    “Worth the money”
    Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international.
