    “Frustrating from the start”
    Disappointing experience with LUX IT, unfortunately. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version.

    “Support let it down”
    Ended up cancelling half the order. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Learned my lesson on this one.

    The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Happy customer, will return.

    I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. I would use them again for something small.
