  “Pleasantly surprised”
  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Does the job”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. I will probably shop around next time.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout.

  Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.
