  It works, barely, but I would not trust it. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

  Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Feels premium for what it cost. Warranty claim went through with no drama.

  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Might order again, might not.

  “Quick and painless”
  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Exactly what I hoped for.

  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.
