  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for.

  “Would not order again”
  First and probably last order here. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. The discount code did not work despite being valid.

  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Not much more you can ask for really.

  “Disappointing”
  Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Closed my ticket without resolving anything.
