  “Long wait, poor result”
  Ended up cancelling half the order. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Package arrived opened and one item was missing.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.
