  I've been buying from Matalan UK for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Colour has not faded after several washes. It just worked, start to finish.

  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Colour has not faded after several washes. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.
