  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Turned up in four working days with no fuss.

  They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. The colour is a shade off from what was shown online.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Not worth the money for what turned up. Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation.

  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.
