  Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product.

  Would not order from Mellow again based on this. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there.

  “Smooth experience”
  Ordered from Mellow for the first time and it went better than I expected. Expiry date was well over a year away. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.
