  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Third party test results were available when I asked.

  “Some good, some bad”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops.

  Used Mellow Fellow twice now and both experiences were smooth. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. No complaints from me.
