    Placed a fairly big order with Merkaela and everything arrived exactly as listed. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected.

    They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. I have already recommended them to two people.
