  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Good arch support for standing all day. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  “Great value for money”
  Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Overall a very smooth experience.
