  Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  Third order with Microplane this year, so that probably tells you enough. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. The finish is even with no marks or scratches.

  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.
