  “Smooth experience”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Would compare first next time”
  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Does what it says, more or less.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away.
