Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.

The listing and the reality did not match. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Materials are much thinner than described. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
