  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since.

  Been using MissHeel on and off since last winter. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Good arch support for standing all day.

  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. They were comfortable from the first wear, no blisters. Happy customer, will return.

  “Nice surprise”
  I've been buying from MissHeel for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit.
