  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.

  “Poor experience”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well.
