  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Returns for a different size were straightforward. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Arrived well within the window they promised. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Good value, especially compared to the high street.
