  “Would compare first next time”
Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. Support replied, but it took three days. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  “Nice surprise”
Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.

  “Better than expected”
Good value, especially compared to the high street. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.
