  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  “Not as described”
  Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Nice surprise”
  Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Expiry date was well over a year away.
