  Ordered from Montelle Intimates and it was fine, just not remarkable. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. The colour is a shade off from what was shown online. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

  “Smooth experience”
  Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Not what I expected”
  They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added.

  “Better than expected”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  I've been buying from Montelle Intimates for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Would happily spend money here again.
