  “Acceptable”
  I wanted to like Mt Flat Pet Foods more than I did. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. It has survived a determined chewer for a month.

  Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave.

  “Quality is there”
  Ordered from Mt Flat Pet Foods for the first time and it went better than I expected. Ingredients are clearly listed and the cat actually eats it. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
