  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Would happily spend money here again.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Sale price was barely different from the normal price. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was.

  “Smooth experience”
  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Colour has not faded after several washes.
