  “Genuinely impressed”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Would happily spend money here again.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.

  “Quality is lacking”
  First and probably last order here. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was.
