  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Ingredients list matched what was shown online.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Cheaper options exist but with worse delivery. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Expiry date was well over a year away. Room for improvement but no real complaints.
