  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging. Easy five stars from me.

  Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Support let it down”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. I will be shopping elsewhere.
