Feels a bit lighter and cheaper in hand than expected. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected.

  “Disappointing”
Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Learned my lesson on this one.

  “Does exactly what it says”
No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Dispatched the same day I ordered.

  “Solid from start to finish”
Was a bit unsure about ordering, but My Ollie turned out to be completely legit. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
