    Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. I have already recommended them to two people.

    “Not what I expected”
    Not the experience I was hoping for. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end.

    “Would order again”
    Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new.

    First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
