  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.

  “Would not order again”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Happy with this one”
  Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Speeds are close to what was advertised. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.

  “Disappointing”
  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added.
