  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but NATURAVELLA surprised me. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. It works, barely, but I would not trust it.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Third party test results were available when I asked. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Third party test results were available when I asked. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
