  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Naturehike surprised me. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Colours are true to what was shown on the site.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Been using Naturehike on and off since last winter. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all.

  “Slower than expected”
  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. An average experience, honestly.

  Used Naturehike twice now and both experiences were smooth. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Not much more you can ask for really.
