  “Happy with this one”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Third order with Needle & Thread this year, so that probably tells you enough. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

  Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
