  “Exactly what I needed”
  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Placed a fairly big order with Negotia and everything arrived exactly as listed. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Support let it down”
  Ordered two items and had problems with both. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  “Not bad, not great”
  I wanted to like Negotia more than I did. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Reasonable, if unspectacular.
