  Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Cheaper and better on three other sites. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Glad I ordered”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Overall a very smooth experience.

  No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Sticking to other sites from now on.
