  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Nice One surprised me. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged.

  They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.
