  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.

  Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Shipping cost more than I felt it should have. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  “Reliable and quick”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Third party test results were available when I asked. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Quality is there”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Nothing I would change about the experience.
