  Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  “Poor experience”
  First and probably last order here. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Package arrived opened and one item was missing.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Has held up well to daily use so far. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

  The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.
