  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Returns for a different size were straightforward.

  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.
