  “Does exactly what it says”
  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.

  Not the experience I was hoping for. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.

  “Happy with this one”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Speeds are close to what was advertised. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Smooth experience”
  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Sticking to other sites from now on.
