  “No complaints at all”
  Ordered from Nuby for the first time and it went better than I expected. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Survived a week of fairly rough handling.

  Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid.

  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly. Missing components with no mention in the description.

  “Acceptable”
  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Support replied, but it took three days. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know.
