  Helpful without being pushy about upselling. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Comfortably recommend them.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Colour has not faded after several washes. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “No complaints at all”
  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.
