    “Exactly what I needed”
    Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it.

    “Room for improvement”
    Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.

    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.
