The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.

“Quality is there”

For the price I honestly cannot complain. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Uptime has been solid since I switched over. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.
