    “Good price, good service”
Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

    “Not as described”
Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks.

    “Reasonable enough”
Got what I paid for, no more and no less. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

    “Reasonable enough”
I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked.
