  “Everything went right”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Worth it on sale, not at full price. I would use them again for something small.

  Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. Look at the alternatives before committing.
