  “Does exactly what it says”
  Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.

  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Not what I expected”
  Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. One part was already broken when I unpacked it.
