  “Everything went right”
  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  Been using Okoa Pet on and off since last winter. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

  Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.
