  Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate. Easy five stars from me.

  Support never replied to either of my emails. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Speeds are close to what was advertised. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Would order again”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Uptime has been solid since I switched over. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
