  Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Not worth the money for what turned up. Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. It came with the right adapter for my region. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.

  Second order from Ordro and it was less smooth than the first. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.
